Teaching Philosophy
As a first-generation student, and now educator, I hold high-quality education in high regard. It is my belief that as a facilitator of students’ learning, it is my responsibility to develop a curriculum that promotes enduring learning experiences that benefit students’ personal and professional growth. It is my hope that doing so will help to build the next generation of leaders entering the workforce. Therefore, my teaching philosophy is rooted in three principles: foster a motivation to learn; cultivate a safe and inclusive learning environment; and apply meaningful learning material.
